Registration Page
Upon registration, all parents must sign the OliviaDiMaio Centre contract at the back of the handout. This contract states that parents must abide by the policies and procedures set out by the OliviaDiMaio Centre. All registration, medical, and permission forms must be completed and placed in a file before your child’s first day. Immunization must be up to date before a child will be accepted into the Centre, and kept up to date. This is a requirement from the Ministry of Health. Up date your child’s immunization with the office each time they receive a booster or in the case of an infant, update after each immunization. Not abiding with this policy can result in suspension of your child care.
Parents are required to pay a registration fee of $50.00. Payment of the registration fee will guarantee a spot for your child at the OliviaDiMAio ECE Centre. With the $50.00 registration fee parents must leave a two week deposit fee per child based on your child’s monthly tuition which will be put towards your child’s last two weeks at the OliviaDiMaio ECE Centre.
